We understand that it is difficult to buy clothing and swimwear online so we advise best to refer to our size guide. DOES SHE & THE SEA DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & Selected European Countries using Australia Post Pack & Track International or DHL Express. Need to add your country to the list? Email firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
For Australian parcels, we ship via AUSPOST. There are two delivery options. Standard shipping is $ 10.00. Standard shipping time is estimated 2 - 7 business days.
Express postage is $15.00 and the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days. For WA customers this can take up to 4 business days.
For international parcels, we have two delivery options. Standard post is $25.00 via Australia Post Pack & Track. The estimated delivery time can take between 7 - 21 business days.
International express postage is $40.00 via DHL and the estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days.
WHERE DO I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you have added products to your cart and proceed to checkout you will see a discount code on the side tab where you will be able to apply your discount code.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
She and the Sea do not offer refunds for goods due to change of mind.
We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
Please contact email@example.com with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) and arrange for your exchange/refund/credit to be processed as soon as possible.
She and the Sea does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org Please outline your concern, product description, and faulty information. If you could also provide photo evidence of the fault as this would assist customer service in resolving your issue in a timely manner.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SWIMWEAR?
Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of underwear, lingerie, and swimwear. Return of these items must be in an unused condition with all swing tags and hygiene stickers attached to be considered for exchange or credit note. Worn underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are not refundable.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments.
If the item appears to have been worn or washed in any way the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
